Our visual inspection comes at no cost to our customers and involves a visit from a licensed mold remediation expert. During their visit, our specialists will inspect common areas that have been known to be prone to mold growth, such as basements, attics, and near water sources. We will then provide you with an assessment afterward of our findings, allowing you to make an informed decision about remediation services.

If you're looking for a more in-depth breakdown of your property's indoor air quality, consider choosing our air and surface testing package. Starting at $300, this includes a full visual inspection of the common trouble areas along with three samples to be taken at the property. The first will be an external control sample to gauge the sounding air quality, with options for indoor air testing samples or surface samples to be taken for the remaining two. Additional samples can be purchased and tested for $60/sample. Once complete, we will send our samples to our lab for testing, with results coming back in 2-3 business days. Should results warrant remediation, our team will begin creating a plan to contain and remove unwanted mold to return the air quality to a safe level.
